I experienced a roof issue after the storm. I saw the MK signage on a home as I drove to work. I called and had an appointment within less than 72 hours. My issue was thoroughly inspected which made me feel better about the work. The pictures also validated what I was being told. Katya was fantastic in seeing that everything went smoothly. Katya Varela from MK contractors came out on 10/1 for an estimate to replace a roof, gutters and some siding repair. It’s currently 10/10 and even after trying to contact her we have not heard anything back. Looked like they had great reviews which is why we called them but leaving 2 stars for at least showing up but wasting our time.

I had been trying to find someone to replace a damaged plumbing roof vent boot for a couple months. I understand people are busy, we are too. But I was ghosted by two roofers. One had even given me a quote already. Had a large roof needing complete tear off. Kevin was far and away the most professional and fairly priced of them all. Very responsive. Prompt to communicate. The roof fascia ,soffits and gutters look amazing. The also replaced siding and windows in back and replaced corbels. Very happy, would highly recommend.!
